To confirm your booking, we require a VISA credit card number as security or a cheque.
Your full booking fee is due upon arrival.

Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT
We accept payment as follows:
- cash
- email money transfer (available through internet banking)
- VISA
- travellers cheques
CANCELLATION
Your booking is fully refundable with two weeks notice. If you cancel less than 2 weeks ahead of your booking any deposit already paid shall not be refunded.
If you do not show up for your reservation and adequate notice is not given, a one night's stay will be charged to your credit card.
LIMITATIONS
Please note that use of the accommodation at Glen Haven and its facilities, including the dock and boats is entirely at the user's risk.
NO SMOKING
We ask that guests do not smoke in the house.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
We kindly request that guests inform us of their expected arrival time and that you notify us should your timing change significantly. Departure is before 12 noon and arrival after 3 p.m.
PETS
Pets will be considered for stays at Glen Haven for a modest fee. Please inquire at the time of booking.
Please note that this is a pet-friendly household and is not appropriate for those with allergies to dogs.
